By accessing and using the services provided by SelfDriven Careers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SelfDriven Careers regarding your use of our website, mobile applications, and services.

SelfDriven Careers provides the following services:

• Study Abroad Counseling: Guidance for international education opportunities, university selection, and application assistance
• IELTS Preparation: Coaching, practice materials, and mock tests for IELTS examination
• Career Counseling: Professional guidance for career planning and development
• Visa Assistance: Support with student visa applications and documentation
• University Applications: Help with preparing and submitting applications to educational institutions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and service requests
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems
• Respond promptly to any requests for additional information or documentation

Fees and Pricing

• All fees for our services are displayed on our pricing page or communicated during consultation
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for existing clients
• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Net Banking
• Bank Transfer (for large transactions)

Payment Schedule

• Full payment is required before service commencement unless otherwise agreed
• Installment plans may be available for certain packages
• Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension

Counseling Services

• Cancellations made 7+ days before scheduled consultation: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund

IELTS Preparation Courses

• Before course start: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• Within first week of course: 70% refund
• After first week: No refund

University Application Services

• Before application submission: 50% refund
• After application submission: No refund (university fees are non-recoverable)

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to help@selfdriven.careers

SelfDriven Careers provides guidance and assistance based on our expertise and available information. However, we cannot guarantee:

• Admission to any specific university or educational institution
• Visa approval or success in any immigration process
• Specific IELTS scores or test results
• Employment outcomes or career advancement

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SelfDriven Careers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SelfDriven Careers or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without prior written permission.

Materials provided to you as part of our services (study materials, practice tests, etc.) are for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
